Game rules
1. Overview
Mr White is a social game played in a room. Everyone is in the same room, each on their own phone.
- One player is Mr White
- The others are Civilians
- Civilians must eliminate Mr White
- Mr White must stay in the game until the end
2. Create and join a room
One player becomes the Host and chooses the word pack. The app generates a room code that others use to join.

Each player can choose their own language. Everyone plays together in the same room.
3. How a round works
A game is played across multiple rounds. Roles are assigned automatically.
- Civilians receive the secret word
- Mr White receives no word
- Each round: everyone gives a clue, then a vote starts
4. Voting and elimination
Each player votes for the suspected Mr White. The player with the most votes is eliminated.
If there is a tie
- Players discuss
- The Host unlocks the vote to break the tie
5. Eliminations and next rounds
When a Civilian is eliminated:
- they no longer take part in the next rounds
- they can no longer vote
- they can no longer give clues
- they remain a spectator until the end of the game
If Mr White is not eliminated, the game continues with the next round: new clues and a new vote.
6. Win conditions
- Civilians win if they eliminate Mr White
- Mr White wins by staying in the game until only one Civilian remains with them
7. Scoring
- Mr White gets +1 point for each vote that does not target them
- A Civilian gets +1 point when they vote for the real Mr White
8. End of game
The room can keep playing as long as there are words left in the selected pack.
